- What happens if I cannot attend my scheduled time or need to reschedule?
- You can reschedule up to 24 hrs in advance with no additional fees. However within 24 hrs, cancelations and no shows will forfeit your session fee and you will have to rebook another session time with a new fee. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of an emergency.

- What should I wear?
- Can I get my photos taken with my family or a friend?
- Absolutely, each additional person you'd like to have photographed with you is $20/person. However, if you are having your photo done and you want to be photographed with another graduate who is also booking a sitting. We can take photos of you together at no extra cost, simply book your sessions close together, if possible.

- What if I don't like my photos?
- Not a problem, it happens. We always allow ONE set of retakes at no charge within 6 months.

- How long does it take to get my order once I place it?
- Please allow 6-8 week from the day you order to have it in your hands. We make sure each order is of the highest quality before it goes out. Keep in mind here are 1300 students and only 3 of us.

- When will I receive my class Composite?
- Class composites take us the longest to produce. We are unable to start working on them until ALL of the students are photographed each year. This can take until the end of summer in the graduating year. Then we have to gather all the photos and names, and then we can start putting them together. Once we have them designed they are sent off to the University faculties for proofing. This can take several months depending how busy they are. Once we have approval from the university, barring any revisions that need to be done, we are then able to take them to print. As soon as we have them printed we will contact students to either pick up or have them shipped to a location of your choice.

- Don't worry, We are always adding new dates for sessions. Keep checking back. The only months we have limited availability will be July/August (Summer), and March.
